Gift Voucher Design

This gift voucher is part of a larger design project for Purrfect Beauty. The design project includes business cards, brochures, a website and certificates. This is an on going branding project. See previous blog posts for other design work.

This is an example of 1 of the 1st 3 columns which are viewed when the brochure is open fully. The switch on colours from pink to white is being used on all promotional material - see business cards for example.

This brochure design is based on a tri-fold brochure. This image is the front cover of the brochure.

Illustration Work

This is an illustration I am currently working on for a freelance hairdresser. The illustration will be used on promotional material such as posters and leaflets.

Promotion Layout

This page spread shows how the students wok has been presented within the brochure. Being simple within the layout was key as the purpose was about the students work - nothing could distract viewers attention from it.

Running Order

This page spread shows the end of the running order and the introduction page to the students work. The images of the students wearing their Mad Hatter Hats have been used throughout the brochure to break up text, images and sections.

These are the introduction pages. The photos which have been used are of the students wearing headgear which were produced for one of their projects titled Mad Hatter, which was inspired by Alice in Wonderland.

The time of year has come again where fashion students graduate at South Essex College and need me to design their brochure for their end of year show.

This year the theme was simplistic and feminine using pinks and lots of white space.

This image is the front cover of the A5 brochure.

Still continuing to work on Purrfect Beautys promotional material while I am abroad in Northern Cyprus....it is rather hot but nothing that aircon can`t cure.

The graphic I have uploaded here is a background I am currently working on for the brochure which will contain service detail and price lists.




The graphics need to quite simplistic and minimal as text will be going over the top of it.

The brochure will be tri fold based on an A4 sheet of paper which will give the brochure 3 columns. The background image you are viewing here will be seen when the brochure is opened fully.

Purrfect Beauty is a new beauty company based in Essex, which independent-ideas has been asked to create the brand identity for.
